Proud of our great GRESB scores!
The final GRESB scores were announced today. We are proud to have substantially improved the scores for our real estate portfolios.
With Reggewonen, we improved our score by 3 points and maintain four stars.Reggewonen is our housing portfolio in the Netherlands. Our German housing portfolios also achieved great scores. RVB Germany participated for the first time this year and immediately achieved a great result of 3 stars. Dekor showed a wonderful final score of 82 points. This means that we have risen from three to four stars with Dekor. A final result we are extremely proud of!
GRESB is an international real estate benchmark that assesses the sustainability performance of participating real estate funds/portfolios.
